Gabrielle DeWeese grew up in Roswell, Georgia and made her debut as winner of the Carson McCullers Literary Awards' Brick Road Greear Prize in 2021. Since then, she has appeared in Pine Reads Review and is forthcoming in the Midsummer Dream House Press 2025 Poetry Anthology. She holds a Bachelor's in Global Studies from the University of Arizona in Tucson where she is currently based.
