H. L. Hix’s most recent book is a poetry collection, American Anger (Etruscan Press, 2016), which on NPR’s website Craig Morgan Teicher has called “a disturbingly accurate take on current events.” Hix has been a visiting professor at Shanghai University, and a Fulbright Distinguished Lecturer at Yonsei University. Currently he teaches in the Philosophy Department and the Creative Writing MFA at the University of Wyoming.
