Malú Urriola

Malú Urriola (1967-2022) was a Chilean poet, author of eight books of verse, and the recipient of numerous awards including a Guggenheim Fellowship and the Fundación Pablo Neruda Prize for her body of work. She read her poems and lectured at Harvard, Princeton and NYU. She also participated in several multi-media art projects, including La luz que me ciega (The Light that Blinds Me) featured at the 2015 Venice Biennale. Urriola passed away tragically of pancreatic cancer in 2022.
