Sarah Kafatou is the author of Pomegranate Years, a memoir of life in Greece, and the translator from the German of With My Shadow: The Poems of Hilde Domin, both from Paul Dry Books.  Her verse translation from the Latin of Ovid's Heroides is forthcoming from Oxford's World Classics.  She is also a painter, with one-person gallery exhibits in Germany and Greece.  Her novel about the lives of artists, is in search of a publisher.
